Oracle Application Framework or OA Framewoek is developed by Oracle for application development, customization and extension in Oracle Apps ERP Modules. Oracle has updated most of its ERP modules on OA Framework and intends to cover as much as possible in OA Framework as a replacement of D2K and Jsp.

OA Framework is built over the top of J2EE framework. It covers all dimensions of MVC (Model, View and Controller) architecture unlike other J2EE frameworks like Struts and Spring those covers only View and Controller dimensions.
