The VCPREF method is a project management method used widely in the Association des Scouts du Canada.

There are 5 steps:

  • Voulu (Wanted)
  • Choisi (Choosen)
  • Préparé (Prepared)
  • Évalué (Evaluated)
  • Fêté (Rewarded)
