Mission and Spacecraft Library (MSL) is a reference web site on satellites. It contains catalog of several hundreds of satellites of different countries.

It is maintained by NASA. Originally founded by JPL-employee Mike Evans, who had a vision of building a database that would be publicly accessible via Internet's World Wide Web. MSL is now mentained by a team of editors.
