SIESTA (Spanish Initiative for Electronic Simulations with Thousands of Atoms) is a density-functional theory code that is used to predict the physical properties of collections of atoms. Properties obtainable using the code include Kohn-Sham band-structures, electron density, Mulliken populations, etc.
