IntelliSource, LLC is a privately held American company that provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and workforce management services. IntelliSource was founded by Robyn Donahue in 1999. The global headquarters is in in Denver, Colorado.[1]

History

IntelliSource began operations in 1999, initially focusing on outsourced business services.[2] By 2005, the company expanded its offerings to include operational support across multiple industries.[3] In 2011, it opened a regional office in Reno, Nevada, to support operations in the western United States.[4] Further geographic expansion occurred in 2014 with the establishment of operations on the East Coast.[5]

In response to evolving market conditions, IntelliSource adjusted its service portfolio in 2017, incorporating new technologies and adapting to regulatory changes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company implemented remote work practices and hybrid workforce models to maintain service continuity.[6]

As of 2025, IntelliSource has extended some services internationally, and has integrated technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and automation into its operations.[3]
