History

IntelliSource was initially focused on providing outsourced business services.[3] By 2005, the company expanded its offerings to include operational support across multiple industries. In 2011, it opened a regional office in Reno, Nevada, to support operations in the western United States. Further geographic expansion occurred in 2014 with the establishment of operations on the East Coast.[4]

In 2017, the company adjusted its service portfolio in response to changes in technology, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements. During the COVID-19 pandemic, IntelliSource implemented remote work practices and adopted hybrid workforce models to maintain service continuity.[5]
