Making them consistent

[edit]

With a proposed alignment function f1 from one image to another and a proposed alignment function f2 for the reverse direction, one could define a new function in the forward direction as

g1(x) = (f1(x) + f2−1(x)) / 2.

Does anyone ever do that (in the literature)? 66.194.253.20 (talk) 20:12, 24 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
