Contested deletion

I respectfully contest the speedy deletion of this draft. The page is a neutral and encyclopedic presentation of an emerging modeling approach (XOI) in operational risk, supported by reliable and independent sources (ORX, ABA, SCOR). The draft cites peer-reviewed publications and is not promotional in tone. I am open to suggestions for improvement and willing to revise any content if needed.

Draft rewritten

Hello,

The draft has been significantly rewritten to remove any promotional tone, and secondary sources have been added to support notability.
The draft is currently showing a residual G11 speedy deletion warning from a previous version, but I believe this no longer applies.
Could a reviewer please take a look?
