Informatics engineering

Informatics Engineering is the direct translation from many southern European language of an engineering discipline most commonly known in English as (Electronic and) Computer Engineering.

In Portugal however Informatics Engineering (sometimes refered as Informatics and Computers Engineering) refers strictly to Computer Science whereas Electrotecnical and Computers Engineering refers to Computer Engineering.
