"one magnitude slower" - should this be "one order of magnitude slower"?

Article says "It was first defined", which implies that there is an updated definition. But I see no updated definition in the article. Is there one? If not, this needs to be reworded as simply "It is defined...". --Macrakis (talk) 18:03, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
