The Interrupt Disable Flag is a Processor Status flag inside of MOS Technology 65xx based processors, this flag is used to ignore interrupt requests on the respective pin labeled 'IRQB' or 'IRQ#'. This flag is active when pulled low for a short period of time (Long enough for the processor to recognize it).
