Pier is an open-source content management system written in Smalltalk. It relies on [[Seaside (software)] as a webserver and Pillar for markup. The official site is [1]. The latest code is accessible at [2]. The project started as SmallWiki, then SmallWiki 2, and was renamed to Pier.

Like a wiki, Pier allows content editing directly in a web browser.

Features: - The content can be displayed as a webpage, reformatted in a book, or displayed in the Smalltalk system in the Omni browser - Customization: Pier is designed to be extended and customized.
