CoNetrix is a technology company based in Lubbock, Texas, specializing in information security, managed IT services, accounting software, and cloud hosting.[1]

The company originated in 1977 when Marvin Crossnoe and brothers Neil and David Baldridge merged their businesses to form Compu-Share, initially offering timesharing and accounting software services.

In the 1980s, Compu-Share expanded nationally and internationally, before transitioning to PC-based software in the 1990s with the launch of its ActivityHD accounting system. The company later diversified into managed IT services (CoNetrix Technology), third-party cybersecurity testing and consulting (CoNetrix Security), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software (Tandem).

The accounting software division, originally renamed nQativ in 2006, was rebranded as AccountingWare in 2020.[2] In 2015, all business lines were consolidated under the CoNetrix, LLC umbrella.

In 2024, CoNetrix began construction of a new 34,000-square-foot headquarters in Lubbock as part of a $15.3 million expansion project expected to create 15 new jobs.[3]
