Super (C) is a video conversion and playback tool Written as freeware for Microsoft Windows. Super (C) is known for its ability to convert and play back almost all video files, including proprietary formats for phones or 3rd party codecs. While Super(C) does play back files, it's meant to convert any format, and anything it plays, it converts, including .swf files. The only current limitation to Super(C) is that it does not work with DRM enabled files.
