I just discovered the article Dharmacakra -- I cant' decide if this should be merged in there, or a link there pointing here against the day that this article is expanded. I had envisioned discussing the various different ways the three turnings are described and delineated in *this* article -- which might make it too involved for the Dharmacakra article. Thoughts?
