Add a section on Applications

[edit]

According to this paper, QSVT can be used to create a Hamiltonian Simulation algorithm that simulates linear Landau damping with the linearized Vlasov-Poisson equation. I am not sure if this equation is a special case of the Vlasov equation.

I'm sure people can find other interesting applications of this framework, feel free to post them here.
