'Zhegalkin polynomial' is Algebraic normal form

The template refers to ANF (algebraic normal form) as 'Zhegalkin polynomial'. Why? ANF is the standard term for these expressions, at least it is by far the most prevalent and readily-understood. The template was apparently translated from Russian Wikipedia; I suggest that ANF or 'Algebraic normal form' is more appropriate, as per WP:ESTABLISHED.
