Atomic Object is an employee-owned custom software development consultancy founded in 2001 by Carl Erickson in Grand Rapids, Michigan.^[1]^[2] It has since expanded to three additional office locations in Ann Arbor, Chicago, and Raleigh-Durham.^[3]^[4]

Atomic Object designs and develops custom software for clients across a wide range of industries.^[3]^[5] The company has been recognized in national media, including The Wall Street Journal^[6] and The New York Times^[7] for its innovative business practices and people-first culture.^[8]
