Atomic Object is an employee-owned custom software development agency founded in 2001 by Carl Erickson in Grand Rapids, Michigan.[1][2] It has since expanded to three additional office locations in Ann Arbor, Chicago, and Raleigh-Durham.[3]

Atomic Object designs and develops custom software for clients across a wide range of industries.[3][4] The company has been recognized in national media, including The Wall Street Journal[5] and The New York Times[6] for its progressive business practices and people-first culture.
