Most of these programs for Mozilla Firefox should also work for the Mozilla and SeaMonkey browser series.
- wikEd, a full-featured in-browser text editor that adds enhanced text processing functions to Wikipedia and other MediaWiki edit pages. Features include wikicode syntax highlighting, regular expression search and replace, and MS Word / HTML to wikicode conversion.
- Comfortable editing functions
- FoxClocks - the FoxClocks extension allows you to have one or more customized clocks displayed in the status bar or toolbar of the Firefox browser. Helpful to have one set to UTC/Wikipedia time, and/or to the time zone of frequent collaborators.
- Googlepedia [1] - a Firefox extension that presents Wikipedia articles side by side with Google searches.
- Greasemonkey

- Picture Popups - enlarge images in place, or open them in HTML popups inside the page - no new windows opened.
- Search enhancements:
- Auto Complete - Adds an auto-complete dropdown to the search input in the navigation bar on the left.
- Highlight searching
- Search Box - Search and replace in the editbox. Supports regular expressions.
