Android Central is an online news media website that covers the Android operating system, from news to reviews, editorials, and podcasts to the social community. Android Central also covers Google, Android TV and streaming, Wear OS and other wearables, Chrome OS, Gemini, and Android XR and VR devices in the MetaQuest range. The site received 2.3 million visitors in January 2025, according to SimilarWeb.

The site has published numerous exclusives and scoops since its founding 16 years ago, including a first look at the 2013 Nexus 7 tablet and the almost-never-released HTC Merge (canceled by Verizon). More recently, Android Central published a series of exclusives on Meta’s Project Orion: an interview with Meta's AR hardware lead in April, the first hands-on with the device in September, and the closure of Dawn Studios.
