Dear Mr McClenon

It caught my attention that this page was deleted and redirected to a page with a list of metaheuristics.

However it was removed from that list. I wonder if we can restore that page, since the particular algorithm seems to be widely used by researchers (according to google scholar) and I believe that it would be valuable for the academic society.
