Lucas Friday is an English professional rugby union footballer who plays as a scrum-half for Rugby Premiership side Harlequins.[1]
Club career
He made his debut for Harlequins in the Premiership Rugby Cup in November 2024.[2] He also featured on loan for London Scottish in 2024. He was included in the Harlequins match day squad for his Premiership Rugby debut against Newcastle Falcons on 3 January 2025.[3]
International career
He represented England at U18 level. [4] He played for the England national under-20 rugby union team which won the 2024 World Rugby U20 Championship.[5]
Personal life
He attended Trinity School of John Whitgift, where he captained the school first XV rugby side.[6][7] He is the son of former rugby union player Mike Friday.[8]
