Social Class Ladder
Social Class Ladder is a metaphor that is used to describe social stratification within a society. It is a metaphorical representation of the ways which people and groups are ranking on the basis of essential socioeconomic indicators, such as income, education, occupation and wealth. The ladder represents the gaps between classes, but also the possibility of moving up or down the social ladder [1][2][3].
