The Al-Mogran Development Project is an over $4 billion development project undertaken by the Alsunut Development Company that seeks to create a several thousand acres Central Business District in downtown Khartoum, along the spot where the White Nile and Blue Nile merge to form the Nile.


History

The Alsunut Development Company is a joint venture between Dal Property Development and the Governrate of Khartoum formed in 2004, with the intention of beginning developing the downtown area of Khartoum.
