missing edges in figure 2

Figure 2 is missing some edges. Examples are:

  • CGAG(8x) -> GAGA(12x)
  • TGAG(9x) -> GAGA(12x)
  • GAGA(12x) -> AGAG(9x)
  • AGAG(9x) -> GAGG(16x)
  • TCGA(10x) -> CGAT(6x)
  • CCGA(7x) -> CGAG(8x)

Figure 3-5 are also affected. De Bruijn graph explains the construction: If one of the vertices can be expressed as another vertex by shifting all its symbols by one place to the left and adding a new symbol at the end of this vertex, then the latter has a directed edge to the former vertex --Grape ape (talk) 08:11, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
