Business Activity Act of 23 December 1988 (Polish: Ustawa z dnia 23 grudnia 1988 r. o działalności gospodarczej), commonly known as Wilczek's Act (Polish: ustawa Wilczka) is an act of the Sejm passed on December 23, 1988, authored by Mieczysław Wilczek, the Minister of Industry in the cabinet of Mieczysław Rakowski.
