The following is a list of unproduced Chuck Jones projects in roughly chronological order. During his long career, Chuck Jones worked on a number of animated projects that never progressed past the pre production phase.
Mighty Hunters series
In 1938, Chuck Jones directed Mighty Hunters. A short film adaptation of James Swinnerton's comic strip Canyon Kiddies. The short was hoped to be the first in a series, but lukewarm reception resulted in it being cancelled[1]
The Dover Boys at Piminto University Sequel
In 1945, Jones drew concept art for a sequel to his 1942 short The Dover Boys at Piminto University.[2]
The Chronicles of Narnia
Between the 1960s & 1970s, Jones drew concept art for a potential animated film adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis[3]
