Archive formats category, pkg (Solaris)

[edit]

Is

# Packages currently have no on-disk format
# No scripting support

a "feature"? wubrgamer (talk) 19:58, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

.pkg files is Solaris have nothing to do with IPS! IPS doesn't have on-disk file format, it is distributed strictly over network, and the .pkg files are Unix SVR4 packages, so I am removing this bizarre mistake from the category. 95.220.120.251 (talk) 00:08, 1 October 2010‎ (UTC)[reply]
