Looking for contributions to improve the structure and content of this page

I lead the CRTM project at the Joint Center for Satellite Data Assimilation. Last time I tried to substantially edit this page, the changes were reverted by @Dl2000. I'm not a skilled wikipedia editor, so please advise on the correct format for the content that was previously contributed by me in June 2023 (see history) Jbenjam (talk).
