Restructure/Removal

Addition of Moz Rank Checker Resource

I noticed that the article on SEO metrics under the Moz Domain Authority section doesn't currently reference any Moz Rank checking tools. I would like to suggest adding a reference to a free Moz Rank Checker tool (https://toolweb.tech/moz-rank-checker) that provides useful insights for users wanting to check a website’s Moz Rank score.
