Article title

The current title, "AI Convention", is simple, but maybe not specific enough. The full, official name is "Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law". I think this should probably be the title of the article. Even if the title is long, we could add redirect pages and use shorter name in the rest of the article, like "framework convention". If it's still considered too long as a title, perhaps "Framework Convention on AI" would be an alternative. I'm not sure which term secondary sources use most.
