Complaint

[edit]

The exit interview article is biased and from the point of a traditional business practice. It does not reflect current practices of doing away with exit interviews. While it is claimed that this is the most reliable means for finding out why employees leave, exit interviews are actually not scientifically accurate and there are many pressures for employees to lie about their experiences. Rather than reflect this biased view, it should reflect current business practices as well as the pros and cons to employees and employers alike. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.137.150.35 (talk) 01:34, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
