This is a mess, because you tried to "move" a page by copying and pasting, thus losing the history of the cognomen page. Please don't do this. If you want to retitle a page, use "Move": if you can't, then use one of the methods on WP:RM, to get it moved or, if controversial, to start a discussion. Thanks.
