Digiworld Institute (formerly the Institut de l'audiovisuel et des télécommunications en Europe) is a european think tanks specialized in the digital economy. For over 45 years, the Digiworld Institute has been analyzing, deciphering and modeling the trends and impacts of digital technologies on society, the economy and public policy.

Today, the Digiworld Institute boasts over 100 members and contributors: major international groups, ETIs, SMEs, start-ups, institutions, universities, local authorities and leading personalities.

History

  • 1977: IDATE founded by François Schoeller[1]
  • 1978: First IDATE International Conference
  • 2006: "DigiWorld Summit" becomes the new brand of the 28th annual IDATE International Conference
