Wikipedia:One click archiving userscript, which doesn't doesn't require manually typing archive pagename in most cases.

How to install

It's recommend to install this script using the script-installer gadget, which can be turned on at

Preferences → Gadgets → Advanced → Tick Install scripts without having to manually edit JavaScript files

Then you can go back to this page and click the big blue "Install" button in the infobox.

Instructions

How to use the script after installation.

  1. Open the talk page you want to archive
  2. Click on "ⵙCA" (stands for "ⵙne Click Archiver") in "Tools"
  3. Click "[archive]" near the headers of sections you want to archive
  4. Click the big button "archive <number> selected threads" at the bottom of the page
  5. In the popup, check the full page name of the destination, which is calculated automatically.
