Off-wiki evidence which I'll submit to paid-en after this (UPE...). What I'll say here is that Turjaaa has an overlap on Harold Parker (civil servant) with the master account of this case, and both the accounts immediately declare a COI with the subject on their userpage [1] [2] vs [3] [4]. Asking for a CU because the first sock (Turjaaa) is about to go stale and I have reason to believe there are other accounts to be found.
