Ivan Mikhailovich Musatov (Template:Lang-ru; born 14 February 1976, in Estonia) is a deputy of the 8th State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia serving since the 2021 Russian legislative election. Previously he served as a deputy of the 4th State Duma.[1]

He is a member of the State Duma committee on Culture.[2] He attended a juridical academy from 2000 to 2003. His father, Mikhail Musatov, was also a member of the State Duma.

On 24 March 2022, the United States Treasury sanctioned him in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[3]
