@Sj: I know I'm almost a decade late, but you seem to still be active.
That sound you hear at the end isn't a sample, it's how MS Sam says "soi/soy". The reason it's in this audio example is because it was a meme back in the day. For example, check out a YouTube video by the name of "Microsoft Sam - Can’t say “Soi” (aka RoflCopter)". — Mugtheboss (talk) 13:04, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
