Unfortunately, this feature is restricted to users who are not extended confirmed, as explained in the mentioned link. (It only requires you to have 500 edits and a tenure of a month). Don't worry, you can copy the translated material and copy it somewhere else, like your sandbox or to a draft. If you have any inquiries, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Hope that helps!
