Problem: With 100M files to choose from Commons, it is hard to pick the best ones for a Wikipedia article
Proposed solution: A tool in MediaWiki that suggests multimedia for an article
Who would benefit: All readers of articles would eventually see the best images, image creators would be rewarded with use of their best files, article writers would get a useful tool for building great content
