It seems that this page actually existed before and was deleted. Anyway, I'm adding it cause I really think that this page should exist in Wikipedia.

Wording, accuracy?

Poorly worded. Article doesn't make any sense. Is this simply a wording thing or does it contain inaccurate information. I don't know enough about Negative Databases to determine confidently. Thoughts? Cfwschmidt (talk) 18:10, 30 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
