Sign-magnitude is not a "sign-value notation"

I removed a section about computer arithmetic (because it has nothing to do with "sign-value notation" in the sense of additive notation and seems redundant with Signed number representations#Sign-and-magnitude). But I have doubts should Wikipedia have a separate article on sign-and-magnitude or let it remain a redirect. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 17:59, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
