Minuet = Minnesota Internet Users Essential Tool = an internet suite in the early days of the internet!
MinuetOS = MenuetOS is an operating system

Minuet is NOT a graphical browser It is a text-mode browser, with an option to put the text through a graphical layer that adds its own mouse pointer. Nonetheless, the browser remains text-based, with all constraints of this mode. So, the comment (graphical) after the link here from Arachne article should be removed.
