Sampling can mean just a taste test

[edit]

In the UK, at least, "Sampling" can mean just to try small portions of products to see which ones you like best-- wine and cheese are perhaps the classic examples. There is no question, usually, that the products are fit for human consumtion, it is a taste test (that page seems much of a stub and refers only to wine). I think this should somehow be added, if as briefly as a single sentence as I gave here. Will do so myself quite happily but wanted to add to discussion page first.
