Error in relationship to executive privilege

[edit]

This article describes the executive privilege as a special case of the deliberative process privilege ("In the context of the US presidential offices and their workproducts, this principle is often referred to as executive privilege"). I believe this is wrong; please see the discussion at Talk:Executive privilege#Error in relationship to deliberative process privilege.
