Should COSMAC ELF and COSMAC VIP articles be merged?

[edit]

Should the COSMAC ELF and COSMAC VIP articles be merged? They both are very short and share most of the same information. Dzubint 10:12, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Historic revisionism

[edit]

The manuals for the VIP clearly talk about kilobytes and kilobits as being units of 1,024. Is the historical revisionism of saying "kibibytes" really necessary? Who decreed that a kilobyte isn't a kilobyte anymore, anyway?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Wlindley (talkcontribs)
