Convolution Explanation Please

Somebody please pt a short bit in before "deconvolution" to explain what it is, and then put convolution in brackets. It seems to be almost like "noise". Perhaps cleaning up signal noise is at least an analogy. I think Katie used that as an example in an article. tx 72.141.106.240 (talk) 02:11, 9 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
