Caruana qualifying via Circuit

If Caruana finishes 4th in World Cup, and Carlsen doesn't officially withdraw by the end of the year, Caruana won't yet have qualified to Candidates and as such will (if he still leads the Circuit) qualify via FIDE Circuit. Refer to The events for Praggnanandhaa on the official FIDE page - https://wcc.fide.com/fide_circuit.phtml

It already lists score via Rapid tournament which uses a factor of 0.6 (Rapid tournament factor) rather than 0.5 (Mixed R&B event).

Final Ranking

Hi, I suggest ranking all players with 5 eligible events. To qoute the regulations: "3.1 Each player has to play in a minimum of five eligible tournaments, including at least four eligible tournaments with a standard time control." There is no mention of a need to score points in each event. I am aware that the FIDE website shows otherwise, but at the end of the day the regulations decide.
