Wikipedia:Scripts++/Instructions

Monthly instructions for sending an issue and starting the next:

1. Move from Wikipedia:Scripts++/Next to the issue page without a redirect, and without moving the talk page (suggested summary: Issue being sent, moving (redirect suppressed per [[WP:PMRC#9]]/[[WP:CSD#G7]]))
2. Remove <nowiki> tags around signature
3. Move relevant discussion entries from Wikipedia talk:Scripts++ to the new talk page, so the link doesn't appear as a redlink (include the heading == Scripts for issue 27 == {{Moved discussion from|Wikipedia talk:Scripts++}} )
4. Send the mass message (Special:MassMessage) to Wikipedia:Scripts++/Subscribe with the subject Scripts++ Newsletter – Issue 27 and the content {{subst:Wikipedia:Scripts++/Issue 27}}
5. Update Template:Scripts++/current with the new issue number
6. Update Wikipedia:Scripts++/Archive
7. Update Wikipedia talk:Scripts++/Archive
8. Start the next issue, using Wikipedia:Scripts++/Shell
